The goal is to become a new energy vehicle (NEV) after-sale tech
and system integrator within 3 years, bench-marked by leading
NEV testing technology and service at multiple application
scenarios, with the following specifics:
(1) Establishing a series of NEV testing protocols applicable to
multi scenarios, battery repair equipment, battery repair
process, systems integration and operational processes;
(2) Solving real problems encountered in the actual operation
and maintenance to improve the user experience, establishing
the best practice and relevant standards;
(3) Becoming a government recognized public service entity, etc.
15. Center’s Vision, Mission & Strategies
Vision: NEV replacing traditional vehicles in a sustainable way.
Mission: to provide market-oriented solutions for sustainable NEV
implementation. The center’s strategy includes:
(1) R&D: co-develop power battery test related technologies, as a bench-mark
after-sale organization for NEV and power lithium battery worldwide;
(2) Platform Development: establishing campus-based G2G car sharing
service, so that power lithium battery be monitored real-time, processed in
the cloud and an alert will be sent; and to explore joint laboratory or after-
sale service base with international partners, etc..
(3) Training: through R&D and platform development to train a team of
professional R & D and technical personals;
(4) Standard: Join SAE, TUV and CARTEC in establishing after-sale NEV and
power lithium battery standards;
(5) Promotion: via seminar and forum, to form and communicate sustainable
solutions for NEV operation and power battery, so that NEV is becoming safer,
more reliable and the economy more sustainable.
