• Present yourself in the forum. 
•One message is sufficent! More than one 
message can be considered as SPAM! 
•Before posting a new message, check if anyone 
had posted it already or if other interesting 
messages are present, and reply to them. 
•Stay on topic, don’t post irrelevant things. 
•Do not post the same message in more than one 
forum.
PERSONAL DETAILS 
• In forums do not included personal 
details (e.g., email address, phone 
number, etc.). 
•If you want to exchange personal 
details, do it via the mailbox but 
only after you agreed with the 
recipient.
PICTURES 
•Upload pictures only if you are sure 
you have the right to do so. 
•Avoid pictures of pupils in Profiles, 
TwinSpaces, etc. 
•In any case, pupils should not be 
recognizable.
COMMERCIAL / ADVERTS 
•No messages (Profiles, Forums, 
Mailbox) with adverts of events, 
competitions, fairs, etc., should 
be posted, unless relevant for the 
context.
CONTACTS/COMMUNICATION 
•Before asking a question, check the 
FAQs. 
• In all your interactions, remember 
that there is a person behind the 
written post, who has feelings and 
can be hurt by what and how you 
interact with him or her. 
• Take time to check your spelling 
and grammar.
