This document outlines netiquette rules for participation in online learning events. It recommends only posting one message per forum topic, checking for duplicate posts, and staying on topic. Personal details like email addresses or phone numbers should not be included in forum posts. Pictures of students should not be uploaded without permission and pupils should not be recognizable. Advertisements are not allowed unless relevant to the context. Questions should first be checked against FAQs, and all interactions should be considerate of others' feelings.

2. FORUM
• Present yourself in the forum.
•One message is sufficent! More than one
message can be considered as SPAM!
•Before posting a new message, check if anyone
had posted it already or if other interesting
messages are present, and reply to them.
•Stay on topic, don’t post irrelevant things.
•Do not post the same message in more than one
forum.

3. PERSONAL DETAILS
• In forums do not included personal
details (e.g., email address, phone
number, etc.).
•If you want to exchange personal
details, do it via the mailbox but
only after you agreed with the
recipient.

4. PICTURES
•Upload pictures only if you are sure
you have the right to do so.
•Avoid pictures of pupils in Profiles,
TwinSpaces, etc.
•In any case, pupils should not be
recognizable.

5. COMMERCIAL / ADVERTS
•No messages (Profiles, Forums,
Mailbox) with adverts of events,
competitions, fairs, etc., should
be posted, unless relevant for the
context.

6. CONTACTS/COMMUNICATION
•Before asking a question, check the
FAQs.
• In all your interactions, remember
that there is a person behind the
written post, who has feelings and
can be hurt by what and how you
interact with him or her.
• Take time to check your spelling
and grammar.
