Positive behaviour in cyberspace is no different from behaving positively in real life. The examples you have given for positive behaviour in real life are based on the principles of having respect for self and others, as well as acting safely and responsibly. Similarly, to ensure the well-being of everyone in cyberspace, our behaviour in cyberspace should also be based on the 2 key principles.
In cyberspace, people can pretend to be someone they are not. They can fake their age and details.
