This document provides instructions for an activity where participants draw a lifeline on paper chronicling the high and low points in their lives. They are asked to plot experiences related to their personal and social lives on the lifeline. Participants then reflect on insights drawn from their lifeline such as common themes in their high and low points, and realizations about themselves. The document encourages recognizing the constants in one's life through different experiences and that there will always be someone with the participant.
