- Hello, My name is Patricia Wolf Veiga, I am the diagnostic technician and I will talk about the Diagnostic Services offered by the NBDC. We use microbiology, microscopy and molecular techniques to detect the most common pathogens and parasites that affect honey bees. We have SOPs for each analysis, following the OIE methods and our internal validated methods.
