The purpose of this document is to provide software requirements specification for Centralized
online bus pass system which is aimed to prepare a centralized online bus pass system for easy
convenience to citizens. It is a web application mainly intended to reduce the overhead involved
in issuing bus pass and performing renewals. This application can be embedded into any web
application that uses same technology or can be used a separate application.
