Description : To have a customer interaction management system that enables
Lifespan to manage and monitor leads across all their clinics in different locations. This ensures that no
lead is lost or unmonitored.
Lifespan has clinics located in 9 cities. Each city has multiple clinics of Lifespan. The Centralized Call
Centre is located in Mumbai and operates from 8am to 8pm Calls landing on a virtual number are
forwarded to specific numbers assigned for each clinic (landline/mobile) in the particular location.
Report has details about:
Total calls, Answered calls, Not Answered Calls and their percentages
