Recommendation for Gary Nordmoe
Dear Hiring Manager:
Gary Nordmoe started reporting to me two years ago as a Purchasing Associate with Sunny Delight
Beverages Company. I was initially impressed with his software and systems knowledge, communication
skills, professional demeanor and his focus on getting things DONE. He consistently demonstrated all of
these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse him for any position that requires in-depth knowledge of
ERP systems.
Gary is reliable, efficient and helpful. He multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume
workload. Gary created one-point lessons on how to use the ERP system at Sunny Delight (Microsoft AX
software system) to standardize the training process for new users. Gary established procurement
processes for the whole organization to follow, documented and implemented them. These included new
vendor registration and setup, invoice resolution and payment, purchase order processing, new item setup,
and many more.
Gary consistently met all purchasing related performance metrics (response time to payment related issues
with vendors, contract establishments for new purchases, and delivered significant savings through his
limited sourcing responsibilities). His work was thorough and meaningful.
