WhyVietnam?
Surprised that Vietnam is our offshore destination? Wondering why we
don’t work in India, China or Eastern Europe? The decision dates back
to building NashTech over 14 years ago. Client satisfaction from these
markets (which we experienced first-hand) was already variable. As a result
we were not satisfied these regions offered the stability and level of talent
we consider essential to high quality service delivery – particularly when
delivery concerns key operating systems. We decided to look elsewhere.
From English as the second taught language to 80% computer science
graduates, Vietnam has a highly educated workforce. Alongside this pool
of talent is a government which has actively and successfully pursued
economic growth and stability for over 40 years. The results today
include GDP forecast to grow by an average 6.9% 2014-17 and an import
demand set to exceed China by 2020. WTO membership and a strong
