NASA (National Aeronautics and Space
Administration) is a US government
agency responsible for the country's
civilian space program and for
aeronautics and aerospace research. It
was established in 1958, succeeding the
National Advisory Committee for
Aeronautics (NACA).

3. NASA`S MISSION
NASA's mission is to drive advances in
science, technology, and exploration to
enhance knowledge, education,
innovation, economic vitality, and
stewardship of Earth. The agency
conducts research and develops new
technologies for use in space exploration
and also contributes to scientific research
in fields such as climate science,
astrophysics, and planetary science.

4. NASA HISTORIC MILESTONES
NASA has achieved many historic milestones
in space exploration, including the first
human landing on the moon in 1969 during
the Apollo 11 mission, the launch of the
Hubble Space Telescope in 1990, and the
ongoing Mars exploration missions, including
the successful landing of the Perseverance
rover in 2021.
