3. Dear Mini,
You won’t
believe who I ran into
last Monday when I was
dead busy with football
practice. Gather your
wits! I’ve met your
cherished footballer
Lionel Messi. It was a
pipe dream which came
true.

4. All thanks goes to our principal,
Ahmed Ali, for organising such a vital
visit. He did this because he wanted a
superstar like Messi coaching us as
we are participating in a national
competition. Messi spent his whole
day coaching us. How lucky were we?

5. The best bit about the visit was
Messi showing us his fantastic skills
and qualities in the playground. Can
you ever imagine? I even learnt
many of his tricks. I was like a
paparazzi, taping it all. We took a
lesson about handling pressure while
playing and many more. I wish you
were there; I know you’d be ecstatic!

6. Well, our school benefited a lot
from his visit. Guess what? We’ve
learned his techniques and we feel
it’s taken us to another level.
Surprisingly, though, it convinced
our school board to add sports as a
subject to the school time table!
Isn’t it awesome? We can finally get
a break from the mind-numbing
lessons!
