This document discusses current and future applications of nanotechnology. It describes how nanoparticles are currently being used to purify water and create self-cleaning fabrics. Researchers have also developed a synthetic bone material similar to real bone using nanoparticles. The document predicts that nanotechnology will transform healthcare by more precisely targeting cancer cells and administering medications. It suggests nanotechnology could create stronger armor, improved home security systems, and self-replicating machines powered by blood sugar. The future may also include nanobots injected into people to store financial records.
Today, we are on the brink of another technological boom. This time, technologies like self-driving vehicles and robot assistants are under development.

Amazing Breakthrough Technologies That Can Potentially Change the WorldMarie Weaver
A breakthrough is not actually breaking through something and coming out with something never seen or imagined. A breakthrough is the byproduct of multiple innovations combined into one big evolution. Evolution in any medium of our lives takes place when multiple small innovations, experiments, and discoveries combined together to create a new, never before seen feature or a product that leverages our existing lives.
The future always feels like it’s running late. Human imagination works harder than human enterprise, but at any given moment, scientists and engineers are redesigning future technology and the world around us in big and small ways
Abstract: This paper provides an overview of nanotechnology and its multiple applications. This includes its extension to medicine, the military, even to the food industry and other areas of daily civilian lives. In addition, this paper traces the growth and evolution of nanotechnology over the last few years and a comparison of the various forms of the technology over the same period.

5. Scientists have developed "self-cleaning" wool and silk. Their altered particles allow them to "eat" stains.
6. A kind of synthetic bone has been developed based on nano particles by engineering the parts of what actual bone is made of. It has a similar growth to natural bone in structure and composition.
7. Other medicinal purposes have been conjured up by researchers to help destroy excess sugar in diabetics blood, or to administrate injections of medicine easier, and lastly to help fight off cancer cells.
9. Nano technology will introduce an entirely different aspect to our health industry. Some people say it will even help combat cancer in the future since it can target and destroy specific cells
10. The security of your homes will never be better than what nanotechnology can provide you. With nano tech newer and smaller cameras have been implemented than ever before.
11. Even nano tech has created the availability of new gadgets. One such gadget is a food atomizer which can change the molecular properties of the food itself and even change the specific foods nutritional values.
12. Nanotechnology does not simply reach its peak there however. It is said that the future of nano tech could consist of self-replicating machines that use excess sugar in your blood to power their fuel cells! Cool huh!
13. Nanotechnology could also benefit our soldiers which are overseas. How? Well nano tech is strong enough to link together and basically make stronger armor than Kevlar.
14. From my own personal knowledge, I know that there is something that the government is trying to implement in the use of our daily lives. They want to inject every American citizen with a nanobot which would hold all of our financial records in its data. This would allow for quicker shopping and extra financial security.
15. As you can see, there are many uses in the modern day for nano tech and many possibilities the future may hold for such a revolutionary piece of equipment!
