i) Handling project related to :
a) Mechanical part based on current project, etc 3D drawing, CAD.
b) Dealing with vendors to choose the best mechanical application for
automation based on current project. Etc bowl feeder application.
c) Ensuring the project on schedule and kept up to date.
ii) Group Of Engineer @ RnD :
a) Responsible to set up new automation machine. Improvement from manual
line to automated machine.
b) Assemble of automation, semi-automation, and new jig related to all
mechanical part involve .
c) Precision study, analysis, super settings related to all mechanical part based
on current project etc NEW automation@semi automation machine .
d) Responsible to set up the product sample from new automation line similar
with current manual line based on production and QC specification.
NOTED : Line improvement from manual to automation line etc usually 4
-5 operator (manual) to 1 operator (automation).
e) Responsible to solve mechanical problem etc automation, came out new
improvement @idea based on current project.
f) Responsible for CAD, 3D drawing related to mechanical adjustment based
