 The objective of this project is to reduce energy utilization (due to space, air-
conditioning) of an open office room building by employing the following steps:
a) Reducing the cooling load of the building by following Green Building Index
(GBI) standards guidelines

3. b) Employing the personal fan scheme in spaces the air-conditioning system. By
increasing air movement the required indoor air temperature to meet
thermal comfort will increase and thus reducing the coil load of the air-
conditioning system. The energy savings will be quantified
