They created a small company and website to help brides during one of the most exciting times of their life. Currently, the applicant is taking a great risk by building this new business with only friends and family providing assistance. They started the business to realize their knowledge and skills, but acknowledge that every business is full of risks that can be minimized by studying laws and processes, which is why they chose to attend business school.

While a leader’s presence in the market is likely to be quite evident, the way they communicate internally with their people will not usually be on display. So, if you are an internal comms professional, how do you know if you are on top of best practise approaches and doing a good job supporting your leaders? What does the most effective leadership communication look like?
These questions prompted me to conduct some research and find out what leaders in other organisations were doing. This includes a first ever survey of insights from 79 communicators. I hope these thoughts provide other comms professionals with some useful ideas about how to approach and influence leadership communication in your organisations.

I long for creating a successful business where I will be able to realize my
current knowledge and skills and develop new ones. Nevertheless I don’t trust
the statement that the formula for success consists of the innate entrepreneur
sense and a big luck. Each business is full of risks. And these risks can be
predicted in the case of following the correct laws and processes. To study
them and consequently to minimize my risks I chose the IE business school.
