Mrs. Walters was the author's favorite 2nd grade teacher who taught at South River Elementary School. She brought energy and involvement to every part of the classroom. The author has fond memories of doing fun hands-on activities that taught life lessons, like learning about art, making movies and books, and baking bread.

My Favorite Teacher!My favorite teacher was my 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Walters.She taught at South River Elementary School in the L’Anse Creuse district.She was always very energetic and involved in every part of the classroom.My fondest memories of elementary school happened in her class.We did such fun things like learn about art and go to the D.I.A., and make movies about dinosaurs, write our owns books, and make bread from scratch.Mrs. Walters wanted her students to get the most out of education and teach life lessons along the way.
