It contains fields for the journal title, volume/issue number, date of issue, category (donation, exchange, etc.), colleges the journal is relevant to, date and person it was received by, and primary and foreign keys. The list aims to easily record and track journals in a way that saves time and space compared to paper folders. However, it relies on electricity and the skills of personnel.
