The OneService app (www.oneservice.sg) is a well designed and integrated app. Here's a minimum viable proposal(MVP) that the development team roll out to enhance community engagement with "Coming-up" learning experiences that's in the user's proximity.

“Try & Share”
• Simple & quick micro-event service
categorised as “Try-try”
• Communal sharing services are categorised
as “Share-share”
• Users can join within a 300m radius, usually
1-2hrs
• With a social recognition and levelling
system in place, it’ll promote deeper
engagement

4. Outcomes:
PA Trainers
• to provide micro-learning experience in their
community
• position themselves as the go -to trainer &
build fan base in their own neighbourhood
• improve their gig revenue takings
Grassroots leaders
• increase outreach in their neighbourhood
• encourage residents to ride on the sharing
and learning lifestyle

5. GTM
• onboard first userbase(PA trainers &
grassroots leaders)
• notification marketing & event referral
• Further additions: sharing of pick -up
addresses, self-storage
