RESPONSIBILITY
STATEMENT
MusAid
does
not
own
or
operate
any
of
the
suppliers
of
services
or
accommodations
for
your
trip.
As
a
result,
it
is
not
responsible
for
any
negligent
or
willful
act
or
failure
to
act
of
any
such
supplier
or
of
any
other
third
party
over
whom
MusAid
has
no
control.
Travel
and
services
are
subject
to
the
terms
and
conditions
under
which
such
accommodations,
services
and
transportation
are
offered
or
provided,
and
MusAid
and
its
respective,
employees,
agents,
representatives,
and
assigns,
accepts
no
liability
for
such
services
or
accommodations.
MusAid
assumes
no
liability
for
any
injury,
damage,
loss,
accident,
delay
or
other
irregularity
which
may
be
caused
by
the
defect
of
any
aircraft
or
vehicle
or
the
negligence
or
default
of
any
company
or
person
engaged
in
carrying
out
or
performing
any
of
the
services
involved.
Additionally,
responsibility
is
not
accepted
for
losses,
injury,
damages
or
expenses
of
any
kind
due
to
sickness,
weather,
strikes,
local
laws,
hostilities,
wars,
terrorist
acts,
acts
of
nature
or
other
such
causes.
All
services
and
accommodations
are
subject
to
the
laws
of
the
country
in
which
they
are
provided.
MusAid
reserves
the
right
to
make
changes
in
the
published
itinerary
whenever,
in
its
sole
judgment,
conditions
warrant,
or
if
it
deems
it
necessary
for
the
comfort,
convenience
or
safety
of
workshop
participants.
It
reserves
the
right
to
withdraw
from
the
workshop
without
penalty.
The
right
is
also
reserved
to
decline
to
accept
or
retain
any
person
as
a
member
of
the
workshop.
Baggage
and
personal
effects
are
the
sole
responsibility
of
the
owners
at
all
times.
MusAid
does
not
accept
liability
for
any
airline
cancellation
penalty
incurred
by
the
purchase
of
a
nonrefundable
airline
ticket.
The
air
ticket
when
issued
shall
constitute
the
sole
contract
between
the
passenger
and
the
airline
concerned.
All
cancellations
must
be
made
in
writing.
There
are
no
refunds
for
unused
meals,
accommodations,
or
other
trip
features.

MusAid
Fellows
must
read
and
sign
the
following
as
a
condition
of
acceptance
of
any
reservation
and
part
of
the
consideration
and
right
to
participate
in
this
workshop.

faith

that
changes
in
the
itinerary,
leadership,
activities,
accommodations,
or
transport
may
be
necessary
in
the
best
interest

participants

control
of
MusAid.

no
matter
how
well
planned
there
may
be
inherent
dangers
and
risks
in
conjunction
with

workshop,
known

relating

not
limited
to
land,
water,

swimming,
or
other
activities;
accommodations;

illness;
theft,
availability
or
adequacy

care

rapid

participating

this

participation
in

responsibility
for
all
risks
and
dangers
in
conjunction

the
workshop.

mental,

hinder
either

that
of
other
travelers
from
fully
participating
in
the
scheduled
activities
of
this

Should
a
MusAid
Fellow’s
behavior
be
deemed
detrimental
to
the
program,
the
following
actions
will
be
taken:
Serious
&
Flagrant
Offences
will
be
dealt
with
by
immediate
expulsion
at
the
expense
of
the
MusAid
Fellow’s
expense.
In
such
an
event,
no
fees
will
be
refunded,
MusAid
will
be
relieved
of
any
liability
to
or
on
behalf
of
the
MusAid
Fellow.
Examples

not
limited
to):
Severe
Intoxication
(regardless
of
age),
illegal
drug
use,
providing
alcohol
to
minors,
any
criminal
activity,
neglecting
and/or
altering
any
MusAid
directive,
belligerent
and
aggressive
behavior,
harassment
of
any
kind,
any
behavior
that
puts
others
at
risk,
and
repeated
Other
Offences.

Fellow

be
given
a
warning.

Second
Offence
This
is
not
just
a
repeat
offence,
but
any
additional
offence.
This
may
be
dealt
with
by
immediate
expulsion
at

discretion

MusAid

Lateness

responsibilities,
rehearsals,
classes,
