Multigas is a Greek pipeline construction company headquartered in Northern Greece. It constructs gas transmission and distribution pipelines, water and wastewater networks, and petroleum piping. It has extensive experience constructing infrastructure throughout Greece since 1999 and provides maintenance, repair, and installation services.

About us
Multigas is one of the most active and
expert pipeline contractors in the south-
east European market.
The company is headquartered in Northern
Greece, in the city of Drama. The
operational center is in Thessaloniki, while
a branch is situated in the Greek capital of
Athens.
Multigas is constructing almost every kind
of pipeline network, from fuel to
wastewater utilities and from steam to fire
fighting. The company is also constructing
private HVAC systems and fuel
installations.
From the early years, Multigas has
invested in the formation of a duly qualified
and experienced team of professionals
consisted by engineers, foremen, welders,
pipe fitters, coaters, technicians and
assisting personnel.
Fully equipped with all the necessary
means and equipment, as well as two
workshops for preparatory works, Multigas
is competent to confront the needs of any
pipeline project throughout the region.
Based on the high quality services and
technical expertise, Multigas has evolved
to a partner of choice for all the regional
pipeline owners, operators and major
pipeline contractors.
Since the year 2000, Multigas has built a
significant part of the natural gas system of
Greece, including transmission and
distribution networks in steel and
polyethylene pipes.
Multigas’ extensive activities in the
petroleum industry, include the
construction of refineries’ piping networks,
tank terminals’ loading systems as well as
gas station installations.
Driven by the experience gained over the
Oil & Gas pipeline projects, the company is
also undertaking the construction of water
utilities and wastewater mains.

History
The milestones in Multigas’ history are summarized in the below list of events that had an
exceptional significance in the company’s development.
• 1999 – Establishment of MULTIGAS, A.Chrisopoulos – S.Tsolpidis O.E. in the city of Drama.
• 2003 – Opening of Thessaloniki’s operational center, allowing easier access to harbor and airport
services.
• 2004 – Main contractor of EPA Thessalonikis S.A. and E.P.A. Thessalias S.A., for the expansion
of the distribution network in Thessaloniki and Central Greece. Annual contract renewals.
• 2006 – Assignment of maintenance project on DESFA’s gas transmission pipeline. Ever since,
Multigas is almost exclusively performing all the emergency repair works on the north part of the
Greek transmission pipeline.
• 2007 – Construction of national gas transmission pipeline (section Abelia – Trikala – Karditsa).
• 2007 – 24-hour Alert and Emergency Repair services for E.P.A. Thessalonikis S.A. Annual
contract renewals.
• 2008 – Construction of national gas transmission pipeline (Livadia sections).
• 2009 – Main contractor of EPA Attikis S.A., for the expansion of the distribution network in
Athens & Emergency Repair Services. Annual contract renewals.
• 2009 – Opening of Athens’ branch, serving the increasing demands of Southern Greek market.
• 2010 – Commissioning services for 16’’ branch pipeline connecting TE-TO A.D. - Skopje’s Power
Plant to the gas mains in Macedonia.
• 2011 – On-stream gas transmission repairs for PJSC Stroytransgaz, at the Greek-Turkish
borders.
• 2012 – Maintenance of the Macedonian gas transmission pipeline for GA-MA A.D. – Skopje.

Equipment
Multigas is fully equipped for the
complete range of its activities.
The company owns a large fleet of trucks,
pipe carriers with crane, vehicles,
excavators, bulldozers and mini loaders.
In order to support its main activities,
Multigas owns several welding sets,
alignment clamps, axial grinding machines,
sand-blasting units, generators and air
compressors, hydro-testing and
topographic equipment, compactors and
complete toolboxes.
Multigas also owns a significant range of
special equipment to cover specific
requirements of its pipeline projects, such
as Hot Tapping equipment, temporary
scraper traps, dead weight, peeling and
holiday testers.
The company has its fully equipped main
workshop in Thessaloniki, two warehouses
in Athens and Drama as well as temporary
worksite establishments throughout the
region based on the requirements of its
under construction projects.
