The result obtained will be definitely good comparing w ith the old model. Here simple & thermal stress ana lysis had been done by finite element method for the load & t emperature stability.

In the present technology so many people using immersion heaters due to warming the water
for drinking, bathing etc. At the same time the people feel very difficult to use the immersion
heater because due to sometimes plastic container will melting and sometimes it producing
electric shock also and sometimes the heater is large size and the container is small size on that
time we didn’t use immersion heater for warming water because the heater coil touches the
container and somebody uses take one wooden stick placed in the top diameter of the container
later the immersion heater is attached to that wooden stick. So on that time definitely the heater
is dipped into water. Initially the immersion heater have one stand but it is very dangerous to
hold the container due to above causes. But in this utility model to solve their technical
problems and some technical solutions is adapted and it aims to provide different advantages.
It discloses a multi-stand for holding the immersion heater without coil touches the container.
It is used for multi purposes what we need. It has various advantages to increase or decrease
the length of the stand due to varying the diameter of the container. It is easy to slide top to
bottom due to increase or decrease the height of the container. It has a varying immersion heater
hanger due to what we the place to decide. Finally it has more advantageous and it is very

water (or) any other liquid. Without using this stand of immersion heater is not safe for a
persons, who warms the water by using immersion heater. At the present situation so many
people are very dare to use this because sometimes it can arising so many problems like
melting the plastic container suddenly current shock coming, sometimes heater is dipping into
the water, sometimes heater is large size and container is small size. These kinds of all problems
are solved by this multi-stand. It is specially designed for who are using the immersion heater.
BACKGROUND:
[0002] In any season, whenever we want the warm water for drinking, bathing and other
purposes. We have only three options 1: By using GAS. 2: By using Immersion heater.3: By
using burning of sticks, Grass and other things. Here compare to all immersion heater is the
best one compare to remaining all. Because it is cheap than using all the people, it is easy to
carry from one place to another place and it is easy to store. In India nearly 70% of people and
foreign countries also around 40% people using immersion heaters due to warming the water.
It has all advantages but the usage is difficult and the usage has some disadvantages also.
1. By using this heater due to touching of coil to the plastic container will melts day by day.
2. By using this heater due to touching the coil to metal container sometimes shock will
produce.
3. Sometimes immersion heater is large size and container is small size.
4. Sometimes immersion heater is dipping into water than automatically we lost that immersion
heater.

3. 5. So many people using take one wooden stick and to put on the centre of the container than
immersion heater is hanged to that stick. Sometimes the stick also will broke.
[0003] By this utility model to solve above all the technical problems and this utility model is
very secure to all these things. Some technical solutions is adapted and it aims to provide all
advantages with usage also.
[0004] This stand is looking very simple and it is excellent working. Because in this stand we
used different materials in different shapes. It has a U shaped clamps used to hold the container
and it has to side rubber corks used to hold the container strongly.
[0005] This stand have two horizontal rectangular hole. One hole is due to varying the U clamp
joints due to our container diameter requirement. These joints are varying joints because it is
easy to fix the container in different diameter. Another hole is used to varying the immersion
heater hanger.
[0006] This stand have two vertical long bolts due to varying the length of the immersion heater
hanger. It is mainly used to whenever the container is small and heater is large on that time we
increase the length of the immersion heater hanger with the help of washer nuts and bolts.
Finally the use of immersion heater in very safe mode.

using this immersion heater for warm water. Without using this stand, the immersion heater is
not safe for a person who using immersion heater.
[0010] This Multi-stand for the immersion heater comprises a horizontal rectangular bar.
The rectangular bar consists of two rectangular holes and one circular hole. One U clamp is
fixing on that Circular hole so it is called fixed joint. The purpose of that U clamp is to hold
the container on one side.
[0011] One another U clamp is fixed to one rectangular hole present in the top side of the
horizontal rectangular bar, so it is called varying joint. The purpose of this U clamp is to hold
the container on another side. Here the varying joint is mainly used to increase or decrease the
diameter of that stand. It is depend upon the container size.
[0012] By fixing that U clamps in their respective holes with the help of long size bolts,
washers and nuts. Here the u clamp the main purpose of long size bolts is to attach the U clamp
in to that stand and another purpose is to slide the horizontal rectangular bar from up and down.
[0013] The sliding of horizontal rectangular bar main purpose is sometimes the container is
small but the immersion heater doesn’t change the length. So on that time by using this multi-
stand we can raise the horizontal rectangular bar without raising the U clamps.
[0014] In this ‘circular hole U clamp’on that left side one sliding rubber cork lever is available.
At the same time of that ‘rectangular h

rubber corks is told the container very tightly without slipping the container.
[0016] Here one another rectangular hole present in the front side of that horizontal rectangular
bar. It is used to varying the immersion heater hanger due to depend upon the container size.
At any time it always placed in the centre position of the container. Otherwise coil will touches
the container.
[0017] The oval shaped nuts are mainly used to reduce the sharpness at the bottom circular
edge of the bolt.

to U shaped clamp 107with the help of washer 106, nut 105. After that these both are attached
to into horizontal rectangular bar 101 through top horizontal rectangular hole 102. Take another
bolt 104 it is also attached to U shaped clamp 107with the help of washer 106, nut 105. After
that these both are attached to into horizontal rectangular bar 101 through top horizontal
rectangular hole 102 after that these bolt end points are fitted by oval shaped nuts 110.

107 due to depend on the diameter of the container 113.

container 113 is small and immersion heater is large on that time the coil touches the container
113. So we have to slide up the horizontal rectangular bar 101 than ready and easy to use.

109 is attached to the left side of one U shaped clamp 107 with the help of circular hole 111.
Another rubber cork lever 109 is also attached to the right side of another U shaped clamp 107

hole 103 with the help of small bolt and nut 112. Here the immersion heater hanger108 is
mainly used to hold the immersion heater. Here front rectangular hole 108 is used to hold the
immersion heater hanger 108 and it can helpful to sliding (to and fro) directions of the
rectangular bar 101 due to its bottom of the coil cannot touches to the sides of the container
113.

8. CLAIMS:
What is claimed is:
1. U shaped clamps 107 are used to hold the container 113 and these U shaped clamps 107
are varying from one place to another place in both horizontal and vertical directions
with the help of top horizontal rectangular hole 102. U shaped Clamp 107 is designed
by U, V, T, multiple polygonal shapes.
2. Bolts 104 are attached to the U shaped clamps 107 (claim 1) and horizontal rectangular
bar 101 with help of washer 106, nuts 105 and bolts 104 (or) welding also. Bolts 104
are made by different materials steel, plastic etc.
3. Rubber cork lever 109 are attached to sides of the U shaped clamps 107 (claim 1) to
tight the container 113 with the help of circular holes 111.
4. Horizontal rectangular bar 101 is with stand by bolts 104, screws, T, L, multiple
polygonal shape joints etc.
5. Immersion heater hanger 108 are used to hold the immersion heater and it is varying
from one place to another place in horizontal direction with the help of front horizontal
rectangular hole 103. Immersion heater hanger 108 has made by polygonal shapes.
6. Oval shape (like parabola, ellipse, hyperbola etc.) nuts 110 are used to reduce the
sharpness of the end points of bolts 104.
