Installing and configuring a huge infrastructure environment for one of the largest retail company,
this project environment was content 2 SCC Mailbox servers with 2 NLB HUB and CAS servers joining
2 DC replicating with each other. In this environment there are other 16 servers with MS-Windows
server 2003 platform installed and configured successfully for installing different applications.
 Banking Environment:
Configuring and troubleshooting a huge bank infrastructure environment that was content 2 CCR
Mailbox servers with 2 NLB HUB and CAS servers joining 2 child DC replicating with each other
joining 2 parent domain replicating with each other and the same DR environment in other site. In
this environment there are other 12 servers with MS-Windows server 2003 platform installed and
configured successfully for installing different applications using RDP Application.
 Telecommunication Company:
Using IBM Tivoli Storage Manager V5.4 as a backup solution for backing up a huge environment for
one of the biggest telecommunication Company in Egypt, this project environment was a Content
Management with a clustered IBM DB2 data base and a clustered Web sphere Application Server
that are joined a domain controller server with MS-Windows server 2003 platform, The main target
of using TSM was for backing up ETISALAT contracts, the whole seven servers used for implementing
that project and IBM DB2 data base, the attached storage was an IBM System Storage TS3310 Tape
Library with machine type of 3576 attached to TSM server via SAN connection.
 IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for ECC Solutions:
Installing and configuring IBM Tivoli Storage Manager V5.5.0.3 server attached to IBM System
Storage TS3310 Tape Library with machine type of 3576 as a backup solution for backing up
Microsoft Exchange server 2003 and 2007 and Microsoft SQL-Database server 2000 and 2005 for
multiple servers of several big production like: Egypt Post MS- Exchange 2003 server, Gulf Badr MS-
