The market survey conducted among 100 restaurants, guest houses and bars in Delhi NCR found that: - 18% were not interested in serving coffee - 26% of those serving coffee used premix machines - 45% were unaware of the art of making coffee The report identifies target customers as the 36 outlets selling 50-100 cups daily not already using automatic machines. It recommends awareness campaigns including demonstrations to educate about the bean-to-cup process and commercial advantages, targeting first those 7% selling instant coffee. An initial focus on sales is suggested to support long-term service.
