MOUAU 2016 ADMISSIONS INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT SCREENING
This is to inform all UTME candidates who applied for admission into First Degree Programmes
of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and scored 180 and above that an IQ
screening for the year 2016/2017 admission into the University will hold at the University
Campus on Wednesday 20th
and Thursday 21st
July, 2016.

1. All Programmes in the College of Management Sciences(COLMAS) (Agribusiness,
Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurial
Studies, Economics and Industrial Relations & Personnel Management) -MORNING
2. All Programmes in the College of Animal Science and Animal Production(CASAP) –
AFTERNOON
3. All Programmes in the College of Agric.Economics , Rural Sociology and
Extension(CAERSE) – AFTERNOON
4. All Programmes in the Crop and Soil Sciences(CCSS) – AFTERNOON
5. College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) – AFTERNOON
6. All Programmes in the College of Applied Food Science and Tourism(CAFST)(Food
Science and Technology, Home Economics, Hotel Management & Tourism, Human

Eligibility: All candidates who scored 180 and above and made Michael Okpara University of
Agriculture, Umudike first Choice are eligible.
Requirements: Beginning from Wednesday, 22nd
June, 2016, candidates are required to register
online for the IQ screening by logging in to the University website at
http://www.mouauportal.edu.ng. /www.mouau.edu.ng.
To register, candidates must proceed as follows:
1. Click on Admission screening banner.
2. Enter valid email address for records purposes
3. Input JAMB Registration no, this leads to the Remita payment platform where s/he is
required to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference(RRR) number with which payment
can then be done. Payment can be done by debit/credit card or by taking your RRR
number to any bank nationwide and deposit cash payment. Note: transaction charges
apply)
4. Register by filling a form online and selecting proposed department and other requisite
details. Upload either WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results or any other result that qualifies
you for the screening exercise. Enter Awaiting result if no results are ready for upload or
if taken in the current year. Upload a current coloured passport photograph.
Note: Some fields are pre-filled and cannot be changed
5. Fill the form, submit and take print out after executing the Submit button. System sends a
copy of submitted forms to your email for records.
6. Registration closes on Friday 15th
July, 2016.
Candidates for morning session should report at 7.00am while those for afternoon session
should report at 12noon each day of the exercise with the following:
i. Print out of the completed online registration form
ii. Original colour Print out of JAMB result
iii. Writing materials (eg. HB pencil, eraser, Pen).
Information on venues for each programme or the respective Colleges and other related
issues concerning the screening would also be available on the University website and would
also be widely circulated on Campus.
NB: (i)Use of handsets, scientific calculators and other electronic devices will not be allowed
during the IQ screening. (ii) Incorrect online registration will not be captured in our database.
Results of the IQ screening could be accessed at the University website from 21st
July, 2016.
