This document is a memorandum of understanding between Joseph Boniso, a South African citizen, and Marius Enea, a Romanian citizen, regarding an inheritance of $27.5 million USD. The funds have been cleared as legal and not involving any illicit activities. The memorandum states that the funds will be split with Joseph Boniso receiving 47.5%, Marius Enea receiving 47.5%, and the remaining 5% used for expenses. Both parties signed agreeing to these terms.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
I, Joseph Boniso, A Male South African Citizen with ID No: 520423 7379 493 hereby
make the Following agreements on 7th Day of November 2016 With My Partner Marius
Enea a Citizen of Romania with ID No: 1630617370014 on the following
responsibilities:
I. That Marius Enea has been authorized legally according to the law to receive
inheritance Funds amounting to the sum of $USD 27.5M(TWENTY SEVEN
MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS) approved
and cleared by the Government and payment bank(FNB SOUTH AFRICA)
That these funds are in every way termed LEGAL and free from any insinuation of Fraud,
Money laundering,Drugs,Arms,Terrorism and have been cleared by The South African
Police Service(SAPS) and The Justice Ministry as a clean funds as it’s a inheritance
payment to the above Relative(Richard Enea) who died intestate.
II. The said funds has been agreed to be shared as follows:
A. Joseph Boniso to receive 47.5% of total funds
B. Marius Enea to receive 47.5% total funds
C.The remaining 5% will be used to reimburse all forms of expenses that will be
incurred for procuring the required legal documents, miscellaneous, Government
levies/charges and Administrative fees.
III. That by the above sharing, the share of 47.5% is agreed upon by both parties
IV. That whereto I depose to this Sworn Affidavit before the Commissioner of Oath
conscientiously believing the contents to the true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and in accordance with the Oath.
