13. To provide preliminary advice to the Client on Exchange Control Laws and Regulations,
Companies Act provisions on procedure applicable to the nature of entity to be
incorporated/registered and preliminary advice on regulations applicable, if any, to the
proposed business activity of the new entity.
To receive instructions from the Client on their preferred method of operations and
management;
applying to the Department of Registrar of Companies (ROC) to obtain approval of the
proposed name for the Company;
Drafting the Articles of Association (Constitution) of the Company based on the given
instructions;
Preparing the application for incorporation of the Company and related documents for
signature of Client;
Follow up with the ROC after submission of the application to obtain the Certificate of
Incorporation;
Drafting the public notice to publish in national papers (all three languages) after

A Residence Visa is a permit for a non-Sri Lankan to obtain residence
facilities for special purposes. It is issued to persons of non-Sri Lankan
nationality to whom it has been decided to extend residence facilities for

prescribed authority is satisfied that their stay in Sri Lanka and the pursuit
