In his position as On Site Manager with IFCO for the past 4 years, Morris was a leader within the
Region and was an asset to our organization during his tenure with the company. His work ethic
and positive attitude is not found too often in this day and age.
During his tenure with IFCO, Morris was responsible for managing one of the busiest
Distribution Center locations in our network. He was responsible for all aspects of the operation,
including the staffing, training, safety and meeting the production metrics for the location. As
well as establishing and maintaining the relationships with the customer and vendors. Morris
often took it upon himself to help other sites find alternate resources to handle our excess
product, saving the company over $100,000 in costs. He was also recognized throughout the
customer’s distribution centers as a person to get the job done and to correct poorly running sites.
Often, he was requested specifically by the customer to go assist at their locations throughout the
country. .
Morris has a special skill with his communications and is able to speak effectively to all levels of
an operation. He had an excellent rapport with all of the constituents served by our company
including customers, vendors, and other professional organizations. He would be an asset to any
