• I hope your homework went SUPER well and that you already feel big shifts
happening inside your regarding how you think/ feel/view money!
• Let’s go over the steps for attracting money again….

3. Manifestation 101
1. Clarity: Be clear about what you want and
WHY you want it.
2. Gentle Observation: Observe what mental
blocks/limiting beliefs come up (you could
never have that/who are you to have that)
3. Recognize & Reframe: Know the thought is
a lie and pick a new though
4. Think the new thought. (change your mind)
1. Believe the new thought. (continually
shift)
2. VIBE with the new thought – Own it. Be it.
Believe it.
3. Release. This or something better.
4. Be led. Know guidance is coming. Take
inspired action
5. Receive what you’ve been asking for.

• Observe what is in the way

5. Believe it

• that what you have asked for is coming
• that your God/Source/Universe if beyond faithful
• that your desire has been heard and that your petition is powerful
• That YOU DESERVE it! YOU ARE ENOUGH!
• That you being supported is VERY important to the Universe
• That your every need will be met and your desires spontaneously fulfilled

6. Your energy is powerful
• Believing it is nothing more than a frequency.
• When you believe it you are an energetic match for your desires.
• Last Module we ended with how forgiving and healing the past CLEARS SPACE
for your desires. Like literally makes room
• Let’s go over some other ways to clear what gets in your way of believing you can
have it.

7. Cleaning up! Cont…
• Wealth/abundance/more than enough is a frequency
• We all have things in our life that keep us out of the energetic match of this
frequency
• WORRY! The nagging feeling of not enough.
• What about this… What about this… Frantic feeling…
• What does it feel like fore you?
• What things contribute to your funky money feelings?

8. AREAS THAT MAY need clean UP
• Miscellaneous bills.
• Toll-way. Magazine.
• Unpaid tickets.
• Parking tickets.
• Money Owed.
• Cleaning lady.
• Random leeks
• Do you know your auto drafts?
Not of these things are bad/wrong… it’s just that the vibe they put in you… limits you
• We want to remove all potential doubt/worry/negativity from the back of your
mind.
• Random shit will come – let’s clear up the current or foreseeable things

9. BOUTIQUE Clean up
• No services rendered until payment received!
• Price with passion!
• Offer payment plans
• OR whatever you need to do
• To keep you from the vibe of CHASING money.

10. Be intimate with your money
• Value the shit out of your money.
• Love people, love life, love the call, and… love money.
• Know your money.
• Know where it’s going.
• Know how much you currently spend on each area
• Know how much you WANT to spend in each area
• Be BFFs with your money. Respect it. Honor it.
• How would you treat your finances if it were a friend?
• Make Ideal budget

11. Getting back in the frequency
• Just as important to know what it is that gets you out of the frequency of
believing/knowing that are receiving… you must know how to get yourself back
into the frequency
• Changing your thoughts
• Programing affirmations in phone
• Shifting and saying new positive thoughts out loud
• Journaling about your fears then shifting to seeing things more positively
• Music
• Dance party
• Notice how good things REALLY are!
• GRATITUDE!

12. gratitude
• “Any area where you aren’t grateful, you can never be happy.” - ME
• 30 day challenge example
• REMEMBER: In the process of manifesting, we are looking at what we want in a
very positive trusting way while being thankful for all that we have.
• Acknowledge express gratitude for every penny.
• Homework: Keep track of all money you receive

13. Vibing with it
• What you focus on… expands.
• One thing that has CHANGED MY LIFE has been learning to FOCUS on the thing I
desire without worrying about it.
• Single minded – deliberate – passionate focus.
• See it happening.
• Feel it happening. (Feeling is most important!)
• Allow yourself to become excited and grateful before it has even happen. ¡ GO THERE!
• Why we are scared to go there…

14. Be one with it
• It’s called attraction because when your energy is one with the energy of the
things you want, it is pulled toward you.
• That trusting faith is what can move mountains and call in your deepest desires.
• OWN IT!
• BELIVE IT!
• BE IT!

15. Letting it be easy
• It’s not that nothing will happen with a determined forceful energy… things will
happen.
• You will be exhausted.
• You will block the fullness of what is possible
• You don’t allow the Universe to do her thing
• Receiving is easy.
• Allow it to come.
• Feel it coming.
• Remove worry. Remove doubt. Don’t chase.
• You can let it be easy… because it is easy.
• It’s just a making room and receiving process

16. Release it
• Actively knowing that it is THIS or something better.
• If the thing you are asking for does not come your way, then a trillion other even
more beautiful things will.
• If you KNOW this about the man, the job, or the money then you get to stay in
that uber attractive, care-free, trusting place.
• You don’t have to feel crazy. You can just be.
• And every time it crosses your mind, you just simply think of it positively for a
moment. All you have to do is like it.

17. What released looks like
• Spend from the place of abundance.
• Donate/tip/give away from the place of abundance.
• Spending joyfully, and on purpose.
• Not attached to a HOW but a what and a why
• Focusing on the feeling of what you want and on your purpose
We put ourselves in such a funky position when we have guilt, dread and other
funkiness happening while we are shopping or spending.

18. Open to opportunities
• When you are released, you don’t have to worry about when or how…
• You don’t have to be attached to certain program selling or a certain person
hiring you.
• There is no “once in a life time” opportunity.
• There are a million ways it can happen.
• When you are released you are open to the unlimited possibilities.

19. Be led
• Inspired action is my favorite thing!!
• This means that once you ask… you will be led to
• Do something
• Go somewhere
• Post something
• Email something
• Share something
• And one little email, blog, fb can result in massive opportunity.
• One little idea you present in a meeting that gets you’re a raise.

20. receive
• Often, the money comes in and we have some sort of funky reaction to receiving
what we asked for.
• Feeling not good enough for it may come back up
• Worrying that it might not last may come back up
• Feeling like it’s a fluke/beginners luck/one time thing.
• That’s when you start again…
• That negative belief shows you where you have work to do
• Ask yourself why you DON’T want it. (Powerful)

21. Our habits
• Our money patterns expose a lot about your beliefs around money
• Take the time to begin to observe your money habits.
• Do you run out every month?
• Do you do the feast/famine thing?
• Do you spend more than you have?
• Go ahead and look at these habits.
• Where did the come from? Which ones serve you? Which one’s no longer serve
you?
• Often we out grow the things that once served us.
• My school example.

22. The big ”d”
• DEBT
• In my opinion, debt isn’t good or bad.
• Debt is a choice.
• There is freedom in making an investment in something you desire and choosing to pay it off over the
course of time
• It does not mean you did something bad or wrong.
• It’s just another way to choose to pay for something
• Nothing in life is innately good or bad. There is only what you choose to do.

23. Debt cont…
• You are 100% able to manifest 100% of the funds for things
• You are also 100% able to choose to pay things off over time and rack up a ton of
credit card points
• Do it consciously and intentionally. Manifest the money to make the big
payments you desire. Enjoy the perks.
• I personally research cards, pick the ones with the best points and fly free alllll the
time.
• You are not “stuck under” debt or loans. You are not “over your head” in debt or
loans. You are simply using someone else’s money in a way that serves you when
you choose to.

24. glamwork
Make a budget.
• How much do you usually make?
• Where does it usually go?
• Are you short? What do you have left over?
• If you are short maybe you believe to get yourself in the black… or maybe you decided to go above and
beyond. It’s up to you and your faith
MAKE AND IDEAL BUDGET – woo hoo!
• Play around! Dream! Have fun!
• How much do you desire to bring in next month?
• Where would you spend it? How would it feel?
• How would that support you and your heartfelt work or purpose?
• When you pick a number play with it… move it up.. Move it down… see where it CLICKS… that is what you
desire to make. Go with that!

25. glamwork
Clean up your money leeks!
What is unpaid that you need to pay/dispute/follow up on/take care of?
• Parking ticket
• Unpaid bill
• Remove any worry/franticness around these little things from your mind/ energy
Look through your bank/credit card statements.
• Are there any weird auto-draft things that aren’t serving you?

26. glamwork
Make a MONEY gratitude list each day!
• How has money supported you?
• What are you thankful to have purchased?
Make a MONEY desires list!
• What would you like to purchase?
• How will it support you?
• How will it feel to receive it?
Track your MONEY!
• In your journal write down all the days of the month.
• Next do each day – write how much $ you received.
Pay, tip, donate from an energetic place of more than enough this week! Feel good
around how you use/spend/circulate money!

27. Frequency glamwork
• Observe what it feels like to be in and out of the place of knowing there is
enough for you.
• When you get out… how can you move back in, quickly?
• What things help you get back to that place of feeling
abundant/wealthy/deserving?
• Make a play list.
• Go to the fancy store.
• Do your thing.

28. Affirmations for you to integrate
• This is my time. I am ready for the next step.
• I am worthy of my every desire.
• The Universe supports my heart-felt work.
• I know I am being guided.
• I love money and money loves me. I joyfully receive.
• I am loved, appreciated and supported by money.
• I am enough and I have more than enough.
• There is always more coming in than going out.
