1. ① 炉体表面温度及び測定時の外気温

・受湯室側面
Side of pouring chamber
・受湯室天板
Top plate of pouring chamber
・ヒーター付近（ヒーターカバー外）
Around heater (outside of heater cover)
・測定時の外気温
Outside temperature when taking each temperature
※営業毎に同一箇所の測定を行う為、マーキング等を行う（要客先了承）
It is needed to mark a furnace because of taking a temperature at same place
each visiting. (Customer’s understanding is needed.)
② 積算電力
Integral power
積算電力を測定し、今月の積算電力から前月の積算電力を引くことで、月毎の消費電
力を算出する。
Measuring integral power and calculating electricity consumption per month by
subtracting last month’s integral power from this month’s one.
月間の消費電力に異常が見られた場合は、詳しく調査する。
Detailed research is needed if electricity consumption per month has an
abnormality.
③ 炉内キャスター部割れチェック
Crack of castable refractory
受湯室、保持室、汲出室キャスターのクラックチェックを行う
Checking whether there is a crack at pouring chamber, holding chamber and
dipping chamber or not.
④ フィルター
Filter
フィルター部にて目詰まり等を起こしていないかをチェックする。
Checking whether there is clogging of filter or not.
判断基準は保持室と受湯室の溶湯面高さに違いがないかで判断する。
2. It can be judged from the difference of metal level between holding chamber and
pouring chamber.
溶湯面高さが違う場合はフィルターの交換を勧める。
You can recommend the change of filter if there is difference of metal level between
holding chamber and pouring chamber.
⑤ 受湯樋
Pouring launder
受湯樋の内部鋳物に割れ等がないかチェックする。
Checking whether there is a crack at inside of pouring launder or not.
