1. Monicon IR80
CO 2 Gas Detector
The Monicon IR80 CO2 gas detector offers
immediate, reliable warnings to dangerous
concentrations of carbon dioxide.
Using an NDIR (non dispersive infra red) gas sensor, the IR80 is designed
to present the convenience of operating as a stand alone instrument or
in conjunction with a controller, dependant on the application. Typical
applications of the IR80 include breweries, food processing, mushroom
farming and laboratories.
KEYBENEFITS
• Microprocessor based
• ”One Person” calibration and stand
alone operation ensures cost savings
• Alphanumeric dot-matrix display
• User programmable operation allows
Simple, Computer-assisted Operation
Housed in an attractive, compact enclosure the IR80 CO2 detector can be
configured and calibrated by just one person. The simple button operation
of the IR080 allows it to be fully user programmable whilst the on-board
computer assists the calibration - meaning there’s no need for physical
adjustment during the calibration procedure.
detector to be tailored to your
• Temperature compensation
• Dual detectors
User Customisation for Alarm Settings
The gas concentration is indicated on a rugged 8-character alphanumeric
display which also indicates instrument status
