To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing on behalf of Monica Pleshek. Recently we contracted Monica for a building
project at our church. I am also Monica’s Pastor and have known Monica and her family for
several years. I have seen her grow into an adult, persevered through schooling and any
difficulty that has come her way.
Recently, our church embarked on building a large wedding venue with bridal rooms and
reception hall. We have several executives on our board and we are all astounded at the level of
expertise and professionalism Monica has shown in developing the designs for this project. I
personally planted this church and worked through “Architects” to develop a 200 student
preschool and worship facility. Her work on our venue was by far quicker, more in line with
what we actually wanted, and produced with more passion towards the project than we have seen
from those who were seasoned architects. She is a designer and not an architect, a distinction
she has made clear, but any company that would hire her would receive someone who will
quickly progress through a junior level into a seasoned member of any team.
Monica graduated with honors and at the top of her class. At first glance of her work she
was instantly respected by the executive leadership of our church. She has a good and passionate
heart for her work. I know that working in the right company she will excel and make that
company thrive. I recommend her for any job in the area of design without reservation!
