EXECUTION OF THE ONLINE TRANSACTION
The vehicle sale-purchase procedure is conducted online, eliminating the
need to visit the vehicle registration subdivisions of the Public Services
Agency.

ELIMINATION OF VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION
For the transcription of the transfer of vehicle ownership rights, the
vehicle identification report is not required.

RAPID ISSUANCE OF THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
The provisional registration certificate, in electronic format, is available
immediately after the transaction validation and can be accessed from
MCabinet.

AUTOMATC CONTRACT GENERATION
The vehicle sale-purchase contract is automatically generated in
electronic format and available in MCabinet.
