This document discusses analyzing patient data to predict mortality risk and describes the steps taken: 1) A training set was used to calculate likelihood ratios to predict 6-month mortality risk for diseases. 2) The 10 most and least deadly diseases were identified based on likelihood ratios. 3) Sensitivity and specificity were calculated to evaluate the accuracy of predictions. 4) The project aims to practice SQL skills on large data and identify appropriate analysis methods to interpret findings and inform health decisions.
