Zoe Weil, author and president of the Institute for Humane Education, will be giving several talks and workshops in Honolulu from March 11-15, 2014 on topics related to compassionate and sustainable living. Events include a public lecture on making food choices that do the most good and least harm, a teacher workshop on educating for a peaceful future, talks on humane education and being a "solutionary", and a workshop on becoming a "MOGO" or person who does the most good. All events will take place on the island of Oahu and are free and open to the public except the Saturday workshop which costs $40.
