Green Power Access Control Requirements

1. Attendance report should use parameter/variable for late time to generate
reports.
2. Incremented database “RMS_A.mdb” should be reduced from Admin Panel
of Desktop Module. Previous/History data from table “data_card” should be
periodically removed with proper backup.
3. Leave Management:
3.1. Any type leave is not allowed during probation period.
3.2. CL- 10 days from July to June, Laps if not used.
3.3. EL- 12 days after confirming or being permanent, calculated from
date of permanent/confirming each year.
3.4. ML-Medical/Sick Leave is 14 days from july to june. Laps if not
used.
3.5. WL-Leave without pay is applicable in probation period, some
times as a punishment or for special reasons.
