This document provides instructions for students to develop and implement a personal physical activity plan. It outlines developing a plan with selected activities, risk management processes, and recording daily participation and reflections. Students are guided to create a plan, get necessary approvals, and then begin logging their physical activity sessions along with assessments of intensity, time spent, and personal reflections. Upon completing the course, parents or an authorized adult will need to sign off confirming the student's recorded participation is accurate.
