  • #2 The teacher will introduce the main topic which is Self Mastery through Internal Analysis and relate its significance towards Entrepreneurial Mindset. The objective of this module should also be introduced which is “Awareness of One’s Strengths and Irritants”.
  • #3 1. Gather some answers-ideas from the class and synthesize 2. End the synthesis with a thought whether the class has hit the core idea of an internal analysis

  • #9 The teacher should justify this by citing examples or situations how one can generate possible business ideas and opportunities through the things he/she loves, best at and his/her irritants.
  • #10 VRGI Process: 1. Clear the area at the top of your desk and Prepare a ball pen and 3 whole sheets of paper 2. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, relax and listen to the music and to the voice dictating you what to do (1 min. is allotted for this). 3. Take a deep breath then envision yourself 10 years ago (pause for 1 min…) then recall the things that you Love (pause for 1 min…), the things that you are best at (pause for 1 min…), and the things that irritate you (pause for 1 min…). Take again a deep breath then imagine yourself 5 years ago (pause for 1 min…) then recall the things that you Love (pause for 1 min…), the things that you are best at (pause for 1 min…), and the things that irritate you (pause for 1 min…). Take again a deep breath then visualize yourself for the last 4 years (pause for 1 min…) then recall the things that you Love (pause for 1 min…), the things that you are best at (pause for 1 min…), and the things that irritate you (pause for 1 min…). 4. Again, take a deep breath, relax and run through the things that you Love, you are Best at, and your irritants that you have recalled 10 and 5 years ago and for the last 4 years (pause for 2 mins…). Finally, take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes with a smile for another chapter of your life has just been defined. Debriefing: After the activity, instruct the class to enumerate all the things that they Love, they are Best at and their Irritants in the whole sheet of paper. Ask the class about their views on the whole VRGI Activity and on the following questions: a. What do they feel after knowing the things they Love, they are Best at and their irritants? b. How can these things may become possible business ideas and opportunities?
  • #11 Inform the class about the Exercise on Johari’s Window. (Please Refer to the slide) After the exercise, instruct the class to: a. return the chairs on their original positions b. remove their tags and read the “Others See” Debriefing: 1. How do you find the whole exercise? 2. What are your realizations after knowing the data at the “Others See” Side of your window from your classmates? Are some of their answers the same as yours or surprise you? End the debriefing by giving a conclusion on the exercise that there are things or characteristics or traits that you only know but others do not and that there are things as well that only others see or know about you.
  • #12 Inform the class about the Binary Sharing Activity. (Please refer to the slide) After the activity, the teacher will call for order and conclude the session by recapping the process of mastering oneself through Internal Analysis. Assignment for team dynamics: 1. After having mastered yourself through internal analysis, think of a possible business idea or opportunity out from your top 1 Love, Best and Irritant. In a whole sheet of paper, write the Name of Your Business, Nature of Your Business, and Prospective Clients and Beneficiaries. Prepare for a 15-second presentation during team dynamics session. 2. Group yourselves by 10 and prepare 2 sets of pentel pen, small toy car, small toy ball, any small rubberized object (ex. rubber duck, frog, chicken, etc.), and smallest size of any bath soap.
