This document outlines the terms of a modelling contract between a magazine ("Pop Star Magazine") and a model (Sydney Sparks). 2. Modelling Contract Agreement
1) The magazine will have the unlimited right to publish the work in the print
medium for one magazine issue, including magazine issue, including
promotional rights as described in paragraph three. The work shall be
credited to artist upon publication.
2) Magazine will not be responsible for expenses such as travel unless agreed
to with the management but well in advance
3) Subject to paragraphs from 1 to 5, the artist agrees that the magazine will
have the right to these images for up to 65 days from when the work is
published. Artist further agrees that this exclusive use applies to artists other
work that is highly similar to the work. ( For example, a different frame from
the same photo shop)
4) The magazine shall return the original work to the artist upon completion of
publication.
5) The terms of this agreement shall control the respective rights and duties of
the relative to the work. Please sign on the following page and return one
copy of this contract by fax to XXX art director of Pop Star Magazine.

portray you in the way they wish to, for example dressing you in a certain way. By signing this you also give
permission for these images to be portrayed on the internet and in the magazine.
