This book tells the story of a girl with autism from her point of view. While at first confusing, the narrator comes to better understand autism and its challenges. Though parts are emotionally difficult, the girl perseveres and the book helps change perspectives on those with disabilities. It also discusses the creator of Pokémon, who has Asperger's syndrome, showing how those labeled differently can still achieve great things. Overall, the narrator found it one of the best books for its emotional impact and insights into autism.
