Establishment & Marine Services
The M.M. Group was established in the year 1986.
M.M. Marine Services Private Limited founded in 1986 is the pioneer company of the group.
Asia Trade and Transport Private Limited was established in 1990 to provide Ship Management Services
(including technical, commercial, logistics, general agency and feeder services).
Marine Pride Shipping and Trading Corporation Private Limited was established in 1996;
• Owned two vessels PRIME – I and PRIME II,
• The core area of activity is Chartering,
• Sales and Purchase of demo vessels,
• Contracts of affreightment for public and private sectors,
• A member of BIMCO (The Baltic and International Maritime Council).
M. M. Terminal Operator provides one window service of a Cargo Handling Company (CHC).

Export of Rice.
The company cemented major success in Rice Export.

M. M. Oil Mills Private Limited was incorporated in 2010.
• The Solvent plant capacity is 550 MT/day,
• The plant’s refinery is by Alfa Laval Malaysia
•Alfa Laval is one of the largest manufacturer oil extraction plants and refineries.

M. M. Ghee Mill Private Limited was incorporated in 2012.
The Physical Refining Plant was commissioned by Alfa Laval in April 2013,
Entire plant is fully automated and PLC controlled,
Refining capacity is 200 MT/day,
The Dry-Fractionation plant was commissioned by Alfa Laval in early 2014,
DF plant produces various fractions of Palm Oil – Super Olein, Olein, and Stearin
Entire plant is fully automated and PLC controlled
The refined oil is sold under the brand name of Moulvi

M. M. Farms was incorporated in 2015:
Currently this new project conists of a high tech fully automated Egg layer poultry farm.
By doing wide research we have chosen to keep the world’s best renowned breed for egg layer farms
which is the ”Babcock” which origniates from USA , the pullets have been carefully selected with the
optimum level of health and age and have adjusted in the enviornment beautifully.
The poultry farm has a capacity to produce 60,000 eggs daily and is further due to expanasion in the
near future.

All of the machinery and equipment is of high quality has been imported from China.
The temperature and lightning inside the sheds are computer controlled, which provides the hens a
pleaseant environment to breed in; hence this leads to a superior quality of egg production.
As it is our group’s policy not to comprise on quality; we have kept highly qualified vets to ensure the
bird’s health remains well and the risk of disease is minimized.
