    rapid pace and seem to be available at almost
    every corner you turn to

    industry is related to their
    convenience, customer
    service and quality products
    offered with a smile
The Launch
o   Following the launch of their home coffee-
    making machines, Starbucks will be
    introducing vending machines on the
    streets of the United Kingdom

o   “It is a response to a clear need. The most
    common thing I hear from customers is that they
    want a Starbucks closer by.”

o   Expected release date was in mid-
    September, however a confirmation has not
    been made yet
     o Week 1 Launch:
       Will appear at 4
       Sainsbury stores
     o   Week 2 Launch:
         Will appear at all
         Petrol Stations
o   If successful, a countrywide roll-out will commence

o   Titled “Starbucks On The Go”

o   Offers 280 different drink combinations

                             o   Touchscreen interface

                             o   Can play a quick game
                                 on the machine while
                                 waiting for order

o   Inexpensive compared
    to barista-made coffee within the stores
