Mike Midkiff has over 10 years of experience as a shift test engineer and software test engineer in the nuclear engineering field. He received a Bachelor of Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Old Dominion University in 2013 and completed nuclear shift test engineering school in 2015. Currently he works as a shift test engineer at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, where he leads performance of tests, determines reactor conditions, and writes training for maintenance and testing of nuclear systems.
