• Support in dynamic performance evaluation and troubleshooting on rotating equipment: (vibration analysis level

CSI 2115 & CSI 2120, TEAC recorder, Bently Nevada, Windrock/Recip Trap software and hardware, Olympus
and HP tools. These analysis were carried out on the following equipment: centrifugal compressor, gas
turbines, centrifugal pumps, gear boxes, gas and diesel engines, reciprocating compressor, reciprocating
Pumps, air-cooled-exchanger, etc.
• Endoscope inspections on Gas Turbines, such as: General Electric-LM2500, Rolls-Royce RB-211 and AVON,
Solar Turbines (Centaur 50 and Mars 90), Power Turbines RT-62, 48, DR-61, DR-125, DJ-270 and 290.

• Carry out the tribology analysis for the used lube oil (spectrometry, viscosity, water detection, acid number (AN)
and particle counting analysis).
• Current analysis and magnetic flow on electric motors.
• Optimize the maintenance and inspection frequency on rotating equipment using APT Inspection Software.
• Development the maintenance plans based in reliability centered maintenance methodology (RCM II).
