Kirk Hively has over 30 years of experience in reliability engineering and systems design for missile systems. He has worked at Raytheon Missile Systems since 1992, where he currently serves as a reliability engineer. Prior to that, he worked at General Dynamics Convair from 1982-1992 as a senior engineer and aerodynamics engineer. He also served in the US Navy from 1978-2005, retiring with the rank of Captain. Hively has extensive experience managing teams and programs, performing reliability analyses, testing missile systems, and mentoring junior engineers. He holds an MS in Aerospace Systems and a BS in Aerospace Engineering.
