2. MODULE 5 - DESIGNING DOCUMENTS, SLIDES,
AND SCREENS
• Using white space makes material easy to read.
• Only use 3-5 points per slide.
• Web pages must open quickly, and have an overview of content.
I learned this module through reading the textbook. Using these crucial points, I will be
able to create documents and other online files in a professional manner.

3. MODULE 23 – SHORT REPORTS
•
I learned many different types of reports.
•
Feasibility, justification, informative or closure reports.
•
Also different organizational patterns including: compare/ contrast, problemsolution, elimination of alternatives, and so on.
•
I will use these different aspects in my career if I am ever given the task of writing up a
report for my business.

4. MODULE 22 – FINDING, ANALYZING, &
DOCUMENTING INFORMATION

This module taught me how to find information by using keywords in a more efficient
manner.
•
I also learned how to conduct surveys and interviews professionally.
•
This module also reinforced how to cite my sources.
•
I will use their survey tips in the future if I ever have to conduct one.

5. MODULE 12 - PERSUASIVE MESSAGES

Taught me many different persuasive strategies.
•
This learning matters because I plan on being involved in business in the future.
•
For example, I will use direct request when I need investors to invest in my business.

6. MODULE 21 – PROPOSAL AND PROGRESS
REPORTS

This module taught me how to properly write a proposal if there is ever a need for one.
•
I will use these teachings when a problem arises in my business.
•
I also learned how to write a progress report.
•
Learning to write a progress report will definitely come in handy in the future when I need
to write to other workers and keep the business running smoothly.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS

This module definitely taught me how to properly manage my personal and professional
social media profiles.
•
From reading the social media disasters to watching social media videos, I definitely
learned how to keep a positive online status.
•
Whenever my business has its social media profile or site, I will make sure to not have
any disasters.
