MISSION STATEMENT
Knowing that I am accountable first, to my students, to their parent and to my employer, as well
as applying simplest approach in imparting knowledge to students, awaking their mentality into
the world of personal research and revealing God’s word as the basis of wisdom. Acting as an
instrument of positive change in my family, work and my community, utilizing all the talents that
God has given me, thereby participating an all aspects of my life with energy, purpose and
gratitude, utilizing my talents in strategy and administration to ensure that my home is lovely and
calm, my work place is productive and my community is responsive and growing. Through this
focus I will give more than I take and will provide positive role model for students
VISION STATEMENT
Making myself approachable, caring, friendly discipline and ever-ready, who students can always
run to for hope, confidence, security and mentorship to attain the peak of their career and destiny
and to build trust among the students while creating a classroom climate that fosters thoughtful
and respective consideration of alternative viewpoints and ideas, personal ownership of learning
and individual construction of personally and meaningful knowledge by discovering and building
upon each child’s strength
GUIDANCE
I am guided by a spiritual believe that everyone has a purpose on this earth and that we are all
called to serve in some capacity. I also believe in the power of gratitude both as prayer and as a
motivation to serve. I will not be guided by the promise of money or fame in making my life
choices
STRENGTH
I draw my strength from God. Specifically I draw my strength from people and places where I see
or feel a divine presence, transforming weaknesses into strength by developing an action plan that
divides big goals into very small steps, believing that if I take one step every day pretty soon am
well on my way.

the mind without educating the heart is no education at all”

I will gain knowledge through completion of my Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE),
Master in Education (ME) and Ph.D in Education. I will gain spiritual knowledge through adult
bible classes. I will gain physical strength through continuation of my running. I will gain wisdom
by living my life in congruence with my life’s purpose. I will gain personal strength through my
faith.
