A prep meeting in February 2019 in Santiago de Chile aimed to launch a multilateral call for collaborative research and innovation projects, establishing public-public-private partnerships involving industry and research. The initial partner network is to be formed before the next meeting, with plans for an announcement and matchmaking event in Vancouver. A beta version of the multilateral program for 2020-2025 will be presented at the following meeting.
