2. LOCATIONS
The first location is the main character’s journey on his run.
The series opens with Will on a run and he runs through
greenery and a tunnel to where he stops, out of breath. This
location is where we first meet the antagonist, the evil witch
who is hiding in the bushes, waiting. The greenery represents
the main plot of this series and foreshadows the events of the
main character turning into a lizard.
The second location is seen when Will arrives back to his
house after eating the apple and feeling ill. This is where all
of the problems start such as hallucinations, collapsing, his
eyes turning yellow and his hands and vision turning green.
The parts of the house shown in the first three minutes are
the kitchen, the dining area and his bedroom.

3. MISE EN SCENE
Mise en Scene that I have used in my opening three minutes
are props such as the apple that is also an easter egg from
different media. This plays a massive part in the series because
this is how the main character manages to evolve into a lizard
which is the plot of the film.
Other Mise en Scene that is important in this series is the
costumes of the characters such as the evil witch’s costume.
She wears a long, black cloak that covers her entire body. This
is a great costume as it perfectly represents the characters’
mysterious, spooky, frightening personality.
The two boys costumes also represent their characters too as
they wear regular clothing that most people their age would
wear, which represents the fact that they perfectly fit into
society and the main character is a normal, innocent boy.
