PROGRAM EVALUATION – We have implemented a Pre, Post and Follow-Up evaluation process to evaluate the 15 key
Certification checkpoints for Ministry Mastery Certification, which provides clear and measureable mission impact.
Expansion Goals include:
• Add a fourth Area Director by year-end 2011, and a fifth Area Director in 2012.
• Identify core donors in each major city to sponsor a group of ministries in MINISTRY MASTERY.
• Develop marketing materials and web capabilities by year-end 2011.
