This document describes an experiment comparing pasteurized and homogenized milk. The introduction explains that pasteurized milk can be consumed since heating kills bacteria, while homogenized milk cannot be consumed since remaining bacteria produce acid that causes clumping. The experiment involves heating milk, adding acetic acid to induce clumping, and observing the results. Observations found the milk developed small clumps, demonstrating characteristics of expired milk. Goat milk was also examined and found to be yellower with no bubbles, a stronger smell, and a more intense taste than cow milk.
